Terms of Service

By using Pinamatic (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is owned and operated by Mediavine, Inc. (“Pinamatic,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pinamatic indexes posts from a website you control, generates Pinterest pin images and metadata for those posts, and publishes pins to a Pinterest board you have authorized via Pinterest’s API. The Service is intended for publishers who want to automate their Pinterest distribution.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts to use Pinamatic. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

• You must own or be authorized to publish the content of the website you connect to Pinamatic.
• You must comply with Pinterest’s Terms of Service and developer policies. We may suspend the Service if your use puts our Pinterest API access at risk.
• You may not use Pinamatic to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive content; to spam Pinterest; or to circumvent Pinterest’s rate limits or content policies.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the Service’s integrity, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.

You retain ownership of the content you publish through Pinamatic. By using the Service, you grant us the limited right to fetch, process, store, and submit that content to Pinterest solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

Pinamatic is currently in private beta. Pricing for paid tiers will be communicated to you before any charges are incurred. During the beta, the Service is provided at no cost.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@pinamatic.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued service creates risk to other users or to our Pinterest API access.

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that pins will always be accepted by Pinterest, or that the Service will produce any particular traffic or business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediavine, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
